The drive of the car is perfect.. it is firm and grips to the bendy roads. the engine sounds lovely and quiet as it should until the left foot goes down! then it comes into its own. there are no bangs or rattles and no dash board lights on.. the car wants for nothing! SPEC: New Scorpion Cat-Back resonated system, will pass ALL MOT’s, fully legal and comes with lifetime warranty cost £470 fitted. The drive of the car is perfect…for 11 years old it is faultless. it is firm and grips to the bendy roads. the engine sounds lovely and quiet as it should until the left foot goes down! then it comes into its own. there are no bangs or rattles and no dash board lights on.. the car wants for nothing! the exhaust is 2 weeks old and comes with a full invoice and guarantee – Scorpion Cat-Back resonated system, will pass ALL MOT’s, fully legal and comes with lifetime warranty cost £470 fitted. the ‘belts’ the belts are a issue on these cars.. if not changed correctly or on time. this car has recently had a full belt change which includes.. both belts, dephaser and water pump. and yes it was changed with the correct tools and a RenaultSport specialist! comes with full invoice and is good for another 5 years / 72k whichever comes first! the wheels are recently refurbished in a grey/ anthracite. currently wrapped in new Michelin tyres all round. the engine bay is very clean and tidy.. as seen in pic.. since had engine mount covers and black battery cover fitted. the exterior is very tidy… few little marks as expected for age but way above average condition… no large dents/ rust or scrapes/scratches. the paintwork is a lovely metallic and gives various versions of the colour depending on the light… the colour gets noticed! lovely colour and admired a lot! the interior is immaculate bar the usual steering wheel thumb grips eroding away… i have purchased another steering wheel in the hope of sending it away for a retrim but as yet haven’t had the time.. i will include this in the sale as I’m sure another enthusiast will want this done… this being the only job if you can call it that! the seats are immaculate… not bubbled/ plucked and the leather isn’t even cracked as you would expect..i have owned a few 182s and the seats are like new compared to my previous worn interiors . the seats are still firm yet comfortable. smaller number plate fitted to the front to sit in the recess of the bumper. as i stated this car has no dash warning lights or another other jobs that need doing. i take pride in all my cars and for the last few years have enjoyed many RenaultSport 182s. i buy more often than not on condition and this car will not leave anyone disappointed. now the spec…. it is a 2.0l 16v f4r engine. the car has just ticked over 70,100 so very low milage for this year and car.. most are abused and/or high milage.. 11 months MOT 2 KEYS Xenon headlights front airbags for both driver and passenger electric windows cruise control remote central locking climate control (AC) 16″ anthracite alloys half leather / alacantra interior with RenaultSport logo auto lights / auto wipers ESP Alpine Stereo with cd player.. standard one is included with code. sure i have missed plenty but you can see it comes nicely loaded. i am not in a huge rush to sell this.. i enjoy owning the car more so to look at than to drive as originally intended.. i am only selling as i plan to upgrade my daily car and have no need to have 3 cars. as much as i would love to just keep this, there are many enthusiasts willing to appreciate the rarity of the LY colour more than myself. i will not waste my time with tyre kickers…there are plenty of clio 1*2s around for everyones budget.. i believe you get what you pay for! if your wanting a fun low milage hot hatch in a rare sought after colour and a well looked after 182 then this is for you! the demand for this colour will only go up as they are less and less on the road… it is estimated that there are less than 30 in this colour.!
